The BENEDICT EXTENSION HANDLE PATENT APPLIED FOR pipe wrench has a solid extension handle rather than the hollow tubular piece shown in the patent drawing; the remainder of the wrench matches the drawing. The actual patented feature is the spring and related structure around the movable jaw.
