Description:

The auxiliary handle, internal linkage and compression spring make this a quick-adjusting pipe wrench which can be operated one-handed. This is the second of three patents related to the Irland Pipe wrench. The others are 732,858 and 800,850.

This patent and 732,858 are conflated in British patent GB-190306270 registered March 18, 1903. (See entry for 800,850 for 1906 "new product" announcement for the wrench.)
