Stan Schulz Patent Commissioner finds against CANDEE & TAYLOR
|
Description: |
The patent is for a pair of dies and a follower which combine to form the fixed jaw of a "monkey wrench."
Another DATAMP "steward" found an 1872 decision of the Commissioner of Patents which invalidated this patent, because the idea behind it appeared to have been "pirated" from research by Luke Chapman which eventually led to patent no. 123,554 in 1872. |
