The mechanism to lift the adjusting worm from the rack teeth to allow for quick adjustment is different in some examples of the manufactured wrench than the push button and toggle shown in the patent drawing. The adjustment mechanism has also been observed in an "ECLIPSE No. 2" pipe wrench produced by Hilts Wrench & Machine Co. |
