The drawings for this reissue show a couple of cutter options compared to the single cutter shown in the original July 19, 1892 patent. This patent is mentioned in Bernard's Nov. 28, 1916 patent (no. 1,206,198). The jaws in the drawings are described in Bernard's November 4, 1913 patent (no. 1,077,789). A modified jaw form for twisting wire received patent 1,385,516. |
