Description:
This is a fireman's combination tool including a hose clamp, hose coupling wrench and hydrant wrench. It is described as an improvement of Patrick H. Collins' April 30, 1867 hose clamp patent -- Collins' Leak Stopper Pat. No. 64285. One of the purposes for hose clamps was to stop leaks in pressurized fire hose.
