Description: |
The patented feature is a secondary bar parallel to the main shank which would make the wrench less liable to bending and springing out of shape.
In his July 29, 1880 deposition for the LORING COES vs. THE COLLINS CO. law suit, Mr. Hayward said he had four examples of the wrench made, including the model submitted with the patent application. One of those examples was submitted as evidence in this lawsuit. |
