Description:
Classic leather gage made by C. S. Osbourne. This patent is for a sliding gage bar with a cutter utilizing a cam to secure the gage bar and cutter as well as an adjustable size handle. Observed production models utilized a thumb screw to secure the bar and cutter and do not have an adjustable handle.
