Description: |
| We have seen a couple of pairs of these gages made of brass; they were labeled only with the patent date. However, an example in its original box appeared on Patrick Leach's for-sale list. The box is labeled, "Chandler's Chamferer / Brass / Iron / Patented July 14, 1885 / 61 Lyman St. Springfield, MA." A small card inside the box advises to write to P. F. Chandler, Springfield. |
