Here is a beautiful little tool, which embodies the ideas in the
Marden patent (125,823) in a new, more compact package. This
tool is all metal, with a separate marker for the hinge depth and
an extra marking point to allow it to be used as a standard
marking gage.
This is a terrific design, and was perhaps the apex of marking
gages based on Marden's idea.
