Description: |
The patent is for an adjustable clevis structure employing a "quadrant" to act as an intermediate piece between the clevis jaws and "cross clevis."
Corresponding Canadian patent CA-46,715 (Aug. 2, 1894).
The clevis was cited in a ca. 1900 Verity Plow Co. catalog.
An example of a similar cross clevis portion with an IHC part number is known as well; McCormick-Deering walking plows with similar clevis structures appear in a 1913 INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER of Canada Catalog No. 28. |
