Description: |
The special chain can safely grip pipe included the threaded portion without distorting the pipe or deforming the pipe surface. It will also grip hexagonal or square nuts or other irregular forms. The patent includes special friction devices on the wrench to provide a ratchet-like action.
Used together with pat. no. 4,138,910 in the GRIP-IT chain wrench.
