Vintage Machinery entry for Sears | Craftsman
Description:
Waterloo Valve Spring Compressor Co. was established in 1922 by Nicholas Sulentic. A box designed to store their valve spring compressor tools became a big seller. As the need for frequent valve jobs went away as engine technology improved, the company shifted their specialty to tool storage and eventually changed their name to Waterloo Industries, Inc.

This patent number has been seen on a Craftsman 3-drawer tool chest.
