Claim:
It is the object of our invention to provide novel means for quick release in the power feeding train for insuring a definite moment of release for accuracy in the depth of cut of the cutting tool on the drill-spindle; further, to provide novel means whereby the urge for release relation 1n the power feed is increased with increase in the power necessary to perform the feeding operation; further, to provide novel means for limiting the movement of the drill-spindle in feeding direction; further, to provide noyel means for manual feeding of the drill-spindle; and, further, to provide novel safety means to prevent interference between the power feeding devices and the manual feeding device. |
