Claim:
My invention relates to dividing heads and has for its object to provide a mechanism of this type of simple construction and efficient operation whereby the 'operation of dividing a circle into predetermined divisions is reduced to the utmost simplicity. Another purpose of my invention is to provide a dividing head adapted more particularly for use in combination with milling machines and the like to successively adjust, the work for equal division as is required, for instance, in various forms of graduating operations, gear cutting and the like. |
