Description:

Shortly before this patent was issued the inventor co-founded Russell Mfg. Co., which would made taps, dies and screw-plates. It was subsequently absorbed by Greenfield Tap & Die Corp. We do not know whether this patent, for valve-gear for internal combustion engines, was ever used.
