Description: |
"This invention has relation to adjustable spanners and wrenches, and has for its object, to provide a simple, strong and efficient spanner in which the jaws have a parallel opening and closing action or double or compound slide movement under the influence of a screw adjustment, and either have a self-locking action or are provided with special devices for locking the movable parts after adjustment."
The wrenches are marked, "BROOKS' PATENT // LOCK BOTTOM NUT BEFORE USING."
