Description:
These feed-rolls are primarily intended for "stickers", a type of small wood molder. The feed-roll teeth are formed of separate removable plates. The innovations are the construction of the body with clamping collars to hold the teeth, plus a form of tooth with V-notches in alternate teeth.

The inventor, George Marsh, was the owner-operator of the Excelsior Redwood Co., a wood-products manufacturer.
