Ratchet head with different size drive "studs" on opposite sides. -- Edited from "Garage Journal" -- The "Vogel Double-Drive ratchet" was invented by one Mr. Vogel, and manufactured by PROTO (for Vogel) in Los Angeles. Mr. Neff was also promoting and peddling the Vogel ratchet ca. 1966.
