Description: |
The intended application is power transmission belting; the "U" shaped jaw allows holes to be punched well in from the end of such belts. The punch is hollow with a side opening to eject the punched material and works against an adjustable anvil.
This punch appears in two sizes, with a range of sizes of "extra tubes" in a 1910 hardware wholesaler's catalog, and as "Patent Belt Punch" in a 1907 catalog. |
