Jeff Joslin Vintage Machinery entry for Wysong & Miles Co.
|
Description: |
Machine looks like a conventional bandsaw but with a very small upper wheel. The frame can pivot about the lower wheel-axis so as to convert it from a vertical to a horizontal machine. Although a bandsaw blade can be used, the small upper wheel would probably cause a high rate of blade breakage. Instead, it is intended primarily for narrow-belt sanding. |
