Description: |
The wrench can operate a die or wrench head. The hinged frame allows easy interchange of heads. The "handle" portion has a pawl, and the end of the handle can optionally be formed as an open end wrench. The head design is such that the sides of the wrench are flat with the head in place.
Webb's parallel patent (no. 1,258,382), presents a vastly different handle option for achieving ratchet action on a similarly formed head. |
