Description: |
This is a fairly simple and useful design, covering a slotted bar
with an adjustable mortise point, and an unusual head retaining
mechanism. Of interest in this design is that the adjustable
point is the outbound point-- almost all other designs have the
outbound point fixed.
The head locking mechanism is also quite clever, using tension on
a collar around the bar to hold it in place. This would hold
quite firmly without marring the bar.
