Description:
The features include cupping surfaces in the jaws, a hollow punch, wire cutters, wire loop forming dies, and cutters extending from the sides. Advertised without the leather punch as CRONK'S PATENT WIRE CUTTER AND BENDER. The side extensions are carried over into later Cronk patents such as pat. nos. 597,896 and 632,835, where they appear as staple gripping jaws on fencing pliers.
