"This invention relates to a sanding machine and more especially to a sanding machine capable of sanding uneven surfaces such as moldings, corrugated strips of material, and in fact, any type of material having an uneven surface and which has heretofore been very difficult to sand or polish the surface thereof.It is an object of this invention to provide a machine equipped with an elongated endless belt of flexible abrasive material and having a guide way disposed below the belt for guiding a strip of material with pressure means for pressing the belt during its rotation into engagement with the surface to be sanded together with feeding means for feeding members beneath the belt to be sanded in a continuous operation." |
