SLIK wrench (1963 ad) - FLICKR
Description:
The patent discusses adjustments of angles, etc. in previous sliding wedge adjustable wrenches to improve operation -- in oblique reference to the wrench in German patent DE-342,600 (1920) and corresponding British patent GB-169,675 (1920 - 1921).

Produced as the SLIK. It was imported into the U.S. in the early 1960s. SLIK is notable in "wrench collecting history" as the stimulus for Ron Geesin's collection and research, resulting in his publication of two volumes of THE ADJUSTABLE SPANNER.
