Description:
British patent corresponding to Canadian patent CA-231,926 and U.S. 1,501,586 for a "triple jaw" pipe wrench attachment for claw hammer. The "claw" portion of the hammer slips through a loop to hold the jaws on the end of the hammer.

It was noted in contemporary U.S. trade journals.
