Description: |
Abstract: "The jaw 7 of a pipe or rod ratchetwrench i a eccentrically pivoted at 4 between the circular jaws 3 of the handle part 1, is normally held open by a spring 10 in a recess in it, and has oppositely-directed teeth on the two sides of its V-groove 12. The recess is covered by one of the jaws 3."
