| Modified form of the compound lever cutting nippers in U.S. patent 209,677 (GB-187803772). It incorporates features that appear in contested Moses C. Johnson patent 232,975. Other Hall patents were produced by the Interchangeable Tool Co. of Boonton, NJ. (Later Utica, NY.) F. J. Cheesbrough was a British patent agent.
