Manufacturer attribution from Ron Geesin's entry on "C.A.M. Automatic Wrench Syndicate", vol. 2, pg. 42 of THE ADJUSTABLE SPANNER. C.A. Maynard was British; his manufacturing plant was in Belgium. An 1898 GOLDACKER & NESSELRODE (Berlin) ad in "Berliner Tageblatt" lists 5 sizes of the oval-shanked "CAM" Schraubenschlüssel.
