Quick adjust wrench patent corresponding to Canadian patent CA-54,773 and British patent GB-189627293. The specifications describe structures using ball bearings, a spring, and adjusting nut as applied to wrenches of the type in U.S. patents 498,137 and 536,063. The concept was patented in the U.S. as parallel patents 572,185 and 572,516.

A description of the patent was published in the October 18, 1898 "Berliner Tageblatt."
