| Reversible adjustable jaw which allows pipe or nut gripping action in two angles in relation to the handle. The adjustment is held by a swinging wire loop that engages one of a series of notches on the shank of the movable jaw. 
One known example is marked GRIP NUT COMPANY CHICAGO NEW YORK / PAT OCT. 26th, 1909; another with a sliding grip piece to engage the notches  is marked HAMILTON HANDY WRENCH / PAT'D OCT. 26, 1909. |
