Description: |
| The ratchet head has teeth on both sides; they face in opposite directions. There is a pawl for each set of teeth; the pawl not in use is folded back along the handle and held in "storage" position by a sliding ring. Alternate provisions are described for fixed size sockets and adjustable jaws on the ratchet head, and for arrangements for springs to hold the pawls in contact with the ratchet teeth.. |
