Description:
Specialty pliers, with puller tips, wire cutter notches, and a pin in one jaw that inserts into a slot in the other jaw. The features are to facilitate pulling, straightening, reinserting, and spreading the tips of cotter pins, while allowing normal use as a pliers. A 1912 write-up notes the tool's utility working on automobiles.
