Description: |
| The shank has a pivot point, so the handle can swing slightly. The frame support extending from the handle has interior teeth that engage teeth on the under side of the movable jaw. A spring holds the handle in the engaged position. Reverse movement of the handle frees the movable jaw for adjustment. |
