Description: |
The screw adjust performs two functions. When used to shorten the overall length of the two-part movable jaw, it draws the anchoring pawl teeth loose from the rack on the main bar. Turned the other way it provides final adjustment. The base of the movable jaw structure also has a secondary method of retracting the wedge that holds the primary adjustment. |
