| The circular opening with internal lugs around the perimeter may have been intended for can lids. A syrup can lid wrench similar to this design has been observed. It did not have any markings to connect it to this patent.
The advertising for a circular opening oxygen tank wrench from the United States Welding Company of Minneapolis cites a February 22, 1921 patent, and no other Feb. 22, 1921 patent is a better match than this one. |
