| This is the shank and head portion of the Dudly combination nut and pipe wrench. A 1905 catalog listing shows three sizes of the DUDLY AUTO WRENCH, with the head and shank as shown in this design. A companion design patent issued Aug. 6, 1901 (D34,901) describes a version of the adjustable jaw.
A. DUDLY MFG. Co. was "reorganized" in 1905 as the DUDLY TOOL Co., with Dudly as one of the officers. |
