A somewhat strange combination tool without much to recommend
it.
The patented feature here is a combination of two cutting wheels
with two adjustable points, and a auxilliary fence for butt
marking. There is nothing terribly interesting or creative in
this piece, and it seems like some of the patent features would
not work very well in practice.
