Vintage Machinery entry for Hein-Werner Corp.

Description:

The inventor sued Hein-Werner Motor Parts Corp. for infringing this patent. The Seventh Circuit court held that Hein-Werners hydraulic jack did not infringe. A petition for review by the Court of Appeals was denied. Volume 57 of the United States Patents Quarterly apparently has a summary of this lawsuit, which we have not seen.
