We have not been able to find any information on the patent beyond inventor's surname, patent number, and patent title. This patent was referenced in a lawsuit involving US patent 369,120. The court concluded, regarding this and three other patents that were alleged to anticipate the claims of patent 369,120, "Whatever combinations may be disclosed in the patents here first introduced, we are without any evidence to show that they were practicable, or that any effort, even, was made to embody them with working structures."
