| Claim:
In a collapsible tap, a body member, radial chasers slidably mounted in one end thereof, a slrank rotatably and slidably mounted in the opposite end of said body member, a longitudinally movable central member within said body and shank members adapted to control the radial movement of said chasers, cam mechanism actuated by relative rotative movement of said body and shank members to control the longitudinal movement of said central member, and interlocking means between said body and shank members adapted to prevent relative rotation and be disengaged by relative longitudinal movement. |
