Description: |
Abstract:
Various objects of the invention reside in the provision of a novel horizontal boring, drilling and milling machine in which the work saddle, the work table, the headstock and the end block may be driven independently of each other in direction and speed, and in which the direction control member for each unit is movable by the operator in the same direction as that to be initiated for the 16 unit, thereby increasing the usefulness and adaptability of the machine and simplifying the manual control thereof.
Claim:
The present invention relates to improvements in boring machines, and has particular reference to that type of machine commonly known as a horizontal boring, drilling and milling machine. |
