Joel Havens "Vintage Machinery" entry for L. S. Starrett Co.

Description: |
Thin rule with 32d's and 64th's graduations with the second set of graduations on the opposite side on the back face of the rule and in a non-superimposed relation to the graduations on the front. This is to prevent the problems of breakage experienced with thin rules with the graduations on the same side and aligned as well as make the rule easier to use when changing between different scales. |
