Abstract:
My invention relates to that class of mills known as roller cane-mills used for compressing the juice from sugar-cane, the object of the invention being to generally improve the construction and operation of mills of this class.
Claim:
In a sugarcane mill, the combination with the upper and the two lower rolls, of a turnplate pivotally mounted in a slidable bearing, a pair of rocking bars keyed on its journals, and horizontal adjusting-bolts engaging the rocking bars and lugs on the housing. |
