| Improvements to the rotary mercury switch of patent 3,094,595 which makes and breaks contact between a pool of mercury and a terminal of other metal, which experience arcing and burning. In this improvement, the mercury is split into two pools and the making and breaking occurs between the pools, which eliminates deterioration of the switch with usage. |
