Description: |
This saw setting machine is especially designed for bandsaw blades. A follow-up patent was obtained for a filing machine which was intended as an accessory or companion to this setting machine; see Canada patent CA-49,853 (we have been unable to find a US patent for that invention). That Canada patent was assigned to the Frontier Iron Works. A firm by that name was in Buffalo, NY and is known to have made drill presses, power hacksaws, and also a filing attachment for their hacksaws. |
