Description:
Adjustable wrench on the end of the frame closes tight enough to serve a bit chuck; the shaft that holds the wheel when used as a "jack" folds in out of the way to allow the frame to be used as a bit brace.

Ken Cope's "American Wrench Makers 1830-1930" asserts Hickock and Lambie produced this tool.
