Description: |
We own an example of this spherical-handle ratcheting screwdriver, the "Easydriver", as advertised in Popular Mechanics and Popular Science in the late '70s. The handle is surprisingly comfortable to use and provides lots of torque. It has a socket on either side; to reverse direction just put the bit in the other side. The August 1978 Popular Mechanics reported that a miniature version of the Easydriver was now available, priced at $15.95. The original large-size version was $11.95 when introduced in the January 1976 issue of Popular Mechanics. |
