Description: |
"C" clamp type frame. The movable upper arm has a an adjustable screw to reach down to the valve head. The lower arm "jaw" can be adjusted in our out to allow the frame to clear manifolds, etc. on the engine. The mount for the upper arm has an "over center lock" lever handle to provide the spring compressing pressure.
A 1920 AUTOMOBILE TRADE JOURNAL item indicated Feilbach was producing the tool in three sizes. |
